Meshwar Lebnen is a Lebanese non-governmental organization dedicated to environmental sustainability, eco-tourism, community development, and the promotion of green initiatives across Lebanon. Meshwar El Salam Reforestation Campaign
Plant and maintain indigenous pine, oak, and cedar trees across degraded Lebanese mountain slopes
Surpassed 2,100 planted trees (1,500 pine, 300 oak, 300 cedar); ongoing irrigation and nursery cultivation with the Lebanese Army and municipalities.
Dareb El Jerd & Matoube Cave Eco-Trails
Demarcate, maintain, and signpost sustainable hiking paths and illuminate historic caves
Dareb El Jerd Trails A & B fully signposted; Matoube Cave eco-lighting and safety installations completed.
Eyes See Clear Rural Health Campaign
Provide complimentary ophthalmological exams and corrective eyeglasses to rural elderly, farmers, and youth
Over 600 clinical eye exams conducted and prescription glasses fitted for village residents.
Rural Subsistence & Winter Heating Assistance
Distribute essential food hampers, clothing vouchers, and compressed olive wood for clean winter heating
Distributed 3,200+ nutritious food parcels, 600 clothing vouchers, and sustainable olive wood briquettes for winter warmth.
Breast Cancer Awareness Run Race & Hike
Mobilize communities for breast cancer early detection and clinical check-ups

Launch of compressed industrial olive wood and subsistence kits distribution to support rural craftsmanship and clean winter heating.
Community Outreach & Post-Blast Relief
Civic engagement and emergency response following the Beirut blast, initiating sustained relief and outreach for vulnerable families.
Matoube Cave Illumination & Cultural Discovery
Lighting of Matoube Cave in Kartaba as part of a cultural and environmental heritage discovery campaign.

The executive and field teams of Meshwar Lebnen are composed of dedicated project managers, environmental, telecommunication, and web developers, topographers, doctors, historians, archeologists, biologists, business developers, marketing specialists, field coordinators, and over 30 volunteers across various Lebanese regions.
This dynamic group executes trail tracking, delimitation and maintenance, reforestation campaigns, community workshops, awareness programs, and sustainable development projects.
The team's strength lies in its grassroots connections, collaborative spirit, and unwavering belief that "peace begins with nature" under the banner of: «مشوار السلام يبدأ من لبنان»
