What happens if you cancel a booking, a membership, or change your mind.
Cancelling an activity booking
Every registration confirmation email carries a cancellation link that is yours alone. Opening it shows what you booked and asks you to confirm, and confirming releases your place so somebody else can take it. You do not need an account, and you do not need to email anyone first.
If you have an account, your bookings are also listed under your account.

Donations
Donations are voluntary gifts and are not sold in exchange for anything, so they are not refundable as a matter of course. If you donated in error, by the wrong amount or twice over, write to us and we will look at it.
If we cancel
We call off outdoor activities when the weather, the road or the ground makes them unsafe, and safety is not negotiable. If we cancel an activity you have paid for, we will contact you with what happens next.
